Our Service
Staff Admission
We have a strict admission process when we employ new cleaners so that our customers can be confident in using C&C Alliance Cleaning. We require 2 references from previous employers, photo id, proof of address and proof of permission to work in the UK. We also require good levels of spoken English and require our cleaners to pass a cleaning practice.
Cleaning Materials
We have found that the most economical and hygenic approach is to use your cleaning materials. It avoids pet hair or mites travelling from one customers house to the next and also means your house will feel and smell exactly as you would like it to.
Keys
Our cleaners are happy to work while you are at home or while you are at work. The cleaning fee is the same at weekends so we can usually find a time that is convenient for you. However we have a security deposit form for use if you wish to leave a set of keys with the cleaner.
Ironing
Please tell us if you would like ironing, as we will send you a cleaner who can also iron. This is the same hourly rate as cleaning.
